Return and Exchange Policy

Our Return and Exchange Policy last for 7 days, starting from the day you have received your purchases.


Your purchase will be accepted for return or exchange only if it is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

A proof of purchase will be required of you as well.


You are to shoulder the shipping costs for the return and exchange of product.

It must be noted that shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you request for a refund, the cost of extra charges or fees for the money transfer process will be deducted from your refund.



Once we have received and inspected the product you returned, you will receive an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


Products on Sale

Products that are on sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.



We only replace products that are defective.
Although exchanges are accommodated, we cannot assure you that the replacement item will be available due to the daily online activity.
